• Google Docs (or Writely) for keeping all my documents safe without having to remember multiple passwords

• Ultimate Paint for keeping it simple for someone with absolutely no colour sense

• SHOTS, for publishing my Angel Appreciation and for being a rather good online resource for crime fiction

• Michael, who has no link and no website, my rock and my very best friend, for not moaning too much about the amount of time I spend on here
